How do I create a notification?
The Notifications section, found in the left navigation bar, lets you send messages directly to platform users.
To get started:
Select Create
Compose your message
Choose who will receive it
You’ll be able to decide if the notification is operational or marketing, as well as how it’s delivered.
Who receives the notifications?
Operational vs. Marketing:
Operational notifications are sent to all relevant users.
Marketing notifications are only sent to users who have opted into marketing communications.
Delivery options:
In-app notifications appear in the resident platform (website or app) under the bell icon in the top right corner.
Push notifications are sent directly to a user’s phone (for those who have opted into push notifications from the app).
Target audiences:
You can also send notifications to specific groups or user types. This helps tailor your message so it reaches only the people who need it.
How do I see who received it?
Recipients and details for any notification can be found by navigating to the Notifications section and selecting the notification of interest. A list of who received it will be displayed along with the message details.
