How to Create a New Asset
The Community Info section (found in the left navigation bar) is where you can create and manage community assets. These include:
Sub-communities
Amenities & facilities
Clubs & socials
Services (local businesses)
Resident centers
To add a new asset:
Navigate to the appropriate section.
Select + New Asset.
Complete the form shown on the screen.
Click Save.
Once saved, the asset will appear under its intended tab. You can click on any asset in the table to view more information or edit its details.
Adding Spaces Within Assets
Sometimes an asset contains smaller assets (like a meeting room inside a clubhouse). You can create these subspaces in two ways:
While creating the larger asset, select Save & Add Space.
After the larger asset has been created, open it from the table and click Add Space in the top-right corner of the overview page.
Subspaces will then appear nested within the larger asset in Community Info.
What is a Bookable Asset?
When creating an asset under Amenities & Facilities, you’ll see an option to check Can be booked.
If selected, the asset becomes a bookable venue, available for reservations. This unlocks extra form fields where you can set up:
Booking availability (days and times)
User type restrictions
Rates or fees
Once saved, the asset still shows under Amenities & Facilities in the hub, but residents will also see it on their platform as a reserveable venue.
✨ That’s it! With assets, you can give residents a clear way to explore and interact with your community offerings.
