What is Intercom?

Intercom is your built-in connection to Cecilian Partners’ Customer Success team. It’s a speech bubble-shaped widget that appears in the upper-right corner of every page in the Hub.


How to Use It

Whenever you have a question—whether it’s about completing a task or troubleshooting an issue—simply open the widget and send us a message. A member of our CS team will respond directly to help you out.


More Than Just Messaging

In addition to chatting with our team, the Intercom widget also gives you quick access to:

  • FAQs for common questions

  • Help articles with detailed guidance

It’s your go-to spot for support, right inside the Hub.
